When you send an enquiry through the contact form, WhatsApp or a phone call, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, the school or college you represent, a phone number, an email address, the approximate group size, your preferred travel date and the package you are interested in.

We do not ask for student names, ages, photographs or any identity documents through this website. If a trip is confirmed, any list of travelling students is shared with us separately by the school and is used only to arrange seating, meals and entry tickets.

Your details are used to prepare a quotation, confirm availability on your preferred date, arrange buses, meals and entry tickets, and stay in touch with the teacher coordinating the trip.

We may contact you about the specific enquiry you raised. We do not run marketing campaigns from this website and we do not add enquiry contacts to bulk promotional lists.

To run a picnic we pass on only what is necessary to the partners involved on the day — the bus operator, the resort or water park, and the caterer. They receive details such as the group size, the pickup point and the date, not your full enquiry history.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to any third party. We disclose information beyond this only where the law requires it.

The site is served as static pages. It does not run advertising trackers or third party analytics profiling, and it does not set marketing cookies.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find our location. Loading that frame is a request to Google, and Google may record it under its own privacy policy. Clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Enquiry details are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a school returning the following season does not have to repeat everything. Records tied to a confirmed and completed trip are kept as long as our accounting obligations require.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address below or call the number listed and we will act on the request.

If you asked for a quotation and no longer want to be contacted about it, simply tell us and we will close the enquiry.

This website is intended for teachers, parents and college staff arranging a group trip, not for students themselves. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this site.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page along with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
