Prices shown on this website are per student and are indicative. The rate that applies to your group is the one confirmed in writing by us for your date, group size and grade band, because cost depends on distance, bus size, venue entry rates and the meal plan chosen.

A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the date, the final headcount range and the rate with you, and the advance has been received. Until then, no date is held.

Unless the confirmation says otherwise, the per-student rate covers return travel from the pickup point in a permit-holding bus, the meals listed for that package, the venue entry ticket, and a SmartTripss coordinator travelling with the group.

Personal spending at the venue, optional paid rides or activities, photography services, medical treatment, and anything not written into the confirmation are not included.

An advance is payable to confirm the date. The balance is payable before departure unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing with the school or college.

Final billing is based on the headcount confirmed on the agreed cut-off date. Students who do not turn up on the day are still counted, because buses, meals and entry tickets are booked against that number in advance.

Tell us as early as possible if the date, headcount or pickup point changes. We will try to accommodate a change, but it depends on bus and venue availability and the rate may be revised.

If a confirmed trip is cancelled, the advance may be retained in part or in full depending on how close the cancellation is to the travel date, because bus and venue bookings are committed in advance. The applicable deduction will be told to you at the time of confirmation.

We may cancel or reschedule a trip if circumstances outside our control make it unsafe or impossible to run — heavy rain, a venue closure, an official order, a transport strike, or similar. In that case we will offer an alternative date or refund the amount paid, less any cost already committed on your behalf and not recoverable.

The bus leaves at the agreed reporting time. A group that reports late may lose time at the venue, and the itinerary cannot always be extended to make it up.

Supervision of students remains with the accompanying teachers and staff throughout the trip. Our coordinator manages the logistics — travel, meals, entry and timing — and is not a substitute for the school's own supervision ratio.

Venues have their own rules for water rides, height and age limits, lockers and costume requirements. Those rules are set by the venue and apply to your group.

Alcohol, smoking and prohibited substances are not allowed on our buses or at the venues we book. Anyone who damages venue or bus property is responsible for the cost of that damage.

Please tell us in advance about any student with a medical condition, allergy or dietary restriction that affects meals or activities, so it can be planned for rather than handled on the day.

Valuables are carried at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or left behind at a venue or on a bus.

Buses, resorts, water parks and farms are operated by independent partners. We select them carefully and coordinate the day, but we are not liable for an act, omission or accident that is entirely within the control of one of those operators or of the venue.

We are not liable for delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical breakdown or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, beyond arranging a workable alternative for the day.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
